How can I pay for my holiday?

New bookings

If you are making your booking online, we can only accept a credit or debit card payment at the time of booking. We do not charge for using a credit/debit card, but please be aware that Maestro payments can only be made over the telephone with us due to card issuer restrictions.

Payments by cheque or postal order can be accepted when booking over the telephone with us. Payments of this type must be received by 4 weeks before your arrival date, so that we can ensure they are processed in time for your stay.
Haven gift vouchers can also be used as part or full payment towards a booking made over the phone with us.

Existing bookings

You can also call us to make a payment with our team or on our automated payment line by calling 0333 202 5250 with your booking reference number to hand. Lines are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Cheques, Haven gift vouchers and leisure vouchers can also be accepted, and must be sent with your reference number included on the back. Please let us know when you're booking your holiday over the phone that you will be paying using one of these methods.

Cheques should be made payable to 'Haven Holidays' and must be received at least 4 weeks before your arrival date.
