What is a Utility Charge?

A utility charge (also known as a power charge) covers the cover of your gas, water, electricity and caravan cleaning. This shows as a separate charge if you book through a newspaper promotion and is part of your holiday cost so cannot be removed.

If you book directly through our website or over the telephone with us, this cost is already built into the total cost of your holiday and does not show as a separate charge.
