What is a Utility Charge or Utility Service Charge?

A utility charge (also known as a power charge) covers the cover of your gas, water, electricity and caravan cleaning of your holiday home. This shows as a separate charge if you book through a newspaper promotion and is part of your holiday cost so cannot be removed.

If you book directly through our website or over the telephone with us, this cost is already built into the total cost of your holiday and does not show as a separate charge. For touring and camping guests, please be aware that if you choose to remove the Utility Service Charge from your pitch booking, you will not be allowed to use your own electricity generator while staying with us.
