Can I add more people to my booking?

It may be possible for you to add more guests to a booking, but this will be subject to certain identification checks and may be subject to further charges. Please bear in mind that any changes made within 56 days of the start date of your holiday may count as a cancellation. If changes aren't possible and you don't want to keep to your original booking, or you're unhappy with the additional charges and don't want to keep to your original booking, this will be classed as a cancellation. There's a minimum £20 admin fee for any changes. 
 
Adding extra guests is free as long as you do not exceed the maximum occupancy of the accommodation you have booked. A fee may need to be added. For example, if you have booked a 2 bedroom accommodation that sleeps 4 people and are now exceeding that number you would need to move to a 3 bedroom accommodation and pay the difference.
 
Requests to add more guests to the booking should be made as soon as possible and must be made by telephone by the lead guest or your booking agent only. Please give us a call on 0330 100 66 33 and we’ll ask you to confirm some security details before changing the lead name over the telephone.
