Will I receive tickets for my holiday?

We do not send out tickets for your holiday. You will receive your final holiday confirmation letter or email once your holiday is paid in full. Please take this with you when you go on holiday. If you don't have a printer, please take your reference number with you.
 
You will receive a welcome pack on arrival at your park, which will include your keys, a park map, entertainment guide and your Fun Passes.
