Why can’t I view my booking online?

Please visit My Haven Holiday to view your holiday online. If you have a Haven booking, you will be able to view your booking by entering your email address and password or your holiday details. Sometimes, if you have booked with a third party (such as a through a newspaper promotion), they will give you a reference number that relates to the booking system they use which is not the same as your Haven reference number.

If you do not know your Haven reference number or can't see your booking online for any other reason, please get in touch using Live Chat and we'll be happy to help you.
