What happens if my activity is cancelled?

A member of the Activity and Leisure team will contact you to tell you if your activity has been cancelled. You will be offered an alternative time or activity, if available. If this isn't suitable then a refund will be arranged. Please note: The activity cost will be refunded the same way as you purchased it. Please allow 5-10 working days for it to appear back in your account.
