If it's within the time you can refund on the app (before 48 hours prior to the activity starts) then you can cancel the activity on the app. If it's within 48 hours of the activity, then you will need to ask for a refund at the Activity Booking Point on the park. After the activity session has started there will be no refunds. Please note: The activity cost will be refunded the same way as you purchased it. Please allow 5-10 working days for it to appear back in your account.
