We understand circumstances can change. There are a few options when selling your holiday home.

• Firstly, the park reserves the right of first refusal at the offer price. If you decide not to go with our offer, you can either sell to a private third party, or to a caravan trader.
• Alternatively, you can gift your holiday home to a proven family member.  
• If you do decide to leave, there’ll be some extra costs to consider, like disconnecting from your pitch and dismantling your veranda, if you’ve got one.
