Yes, all guests arriving on park across September and October will have the opportunity to upgrade. You will receive an email offering you the opportunity to do this.
At the moment, we are focused on arrivals up to 26 September, however the next arrival dates will be communicated shortly.
Upgrades and Fun Pass purchases must happen at least 2 days before the start of your holiday, noting you will not be able to purchase a Fun Pass when on park.
Fun passes will provide access to our indoor pools, outdoor pools and show bars and can be purchased through your My Haven Account. For more details on setting up your account then click here.
