Please visit My Haven Holiday to view your holiday online. If you have a Haven booking, you will be able to view your booking by entering your email address and password or your holiday details.
Sometimes, if you have booked with a third party (such as a through a newspaper promotion), they will give you a reference number that relates to the booking system they use which is not the same as your Haven reference number.
You will find your 7 or 8-digit holiday reference number at the top right-hand side of your holiday confirmation which will have been sent to the email address provided to us.
If you do not know your Haven reference number or can't see your booking online for any other reason, please get in touch using Live Chat and we'll be happy to help you.
If you have forgotten your online account password then please follow the steps below to receive a new password:
When on the My Account login page select the 'Forgot your password?' link just below the email address and password fields. Then re-enter your email address and a password reminder email will be sent straight to your inbox.
