Where possible, all guests will receive their first communication from us via email seven days prior to their arrival. This will include your arrival slot and a request for your car registration number.
The day before your arrival, you will receive an email with your chosen park location, along with details on how to get to your accommodation from the check-in.
On the morning of arrival, all guests will receive an SMS confirming their arrival slot and park contact details should you encounter any issues with your journey.
