The best way to book an activity is by downloading the latest version of the Haven What's On app either via Google Play or the App Store. Here you will see a list of activities, their times, locations and prices.
When you have booked an activity it will be added to your calendar in the app. Please be prepared to show this when you turn up for your activity. You will also receive proof of purchase by email from a company called Stripe.
How much are activities?
The prices will vary depending on which activity you're looking to book, however these will be clearly displayed next to each activity on the app.
How far in advance do I need to book?
Activities can be purchased via the app up to two hours before the activity starts and can be done using debit or credit card. You will also be able to book activities on park (location may vary depending on the park) however there may be less availability this way.
How will I know if an activity is sold out?
The app will clearly show if an activity is sold out. Some activities have multiple sessions so it's worth checking to see whether the activity is on at another time.
Can I transfer my activity bookings?
Unfortunately activities are not transferable to other parks and are valid throughout the 2020 season only.
How do I cancel my activity booking?
Activities can be cancelled and refunded up to 48 hours before the activity starts via the What's On app. After 48 hours, all refunds must be directed to the park.
Can I use vouchers to book an activity?
Unfortunately you can't use gift vouchers to book activities. Gift vouchers can only be used towards the cost of your holiday, for hire goods or upgrades.
Do I need to bring anything with me for my activity?
The Activity and Leisure team will know who is booked onto a session, but we're only human and sometimes things go wrong or technology fails. Please bring the app with you and be prepared to show us your holiday calendar showing your booking.
