How do you book activities?
Stay + Play guests booked directly with Haven
Activities and swim sessions will need to be booked using our new online platform subject to availability haven.com/experience
Guests booked via Hoseasons
If you have a booking with Hoseasons, you will receive your booking reference 14 days before arrival and you will then be able to book activities at haven.com/experience
Guests booked privately or via additional third parties
Private Lets, third parties and groups can book at the Activity Booking Point on the park once you have arrived. You must have a Play Pass in order to book activities.
How much are activities?
The prices will vary depending on which activity you're looking to book, however these will be clearly displayed next to each activity when booking. Some activities are free and these can be booked in advance too. These can be popular, so please if you book and change your mind, cancel your activity booking so another guest or owner can enjoy.
Who can book activities?
Activities are only available for guests who have booked a Stay+Play holiday, owners, and Private Let guests who have purchased a Play Pass.
How far in advance do I need to book?
You can currently book activities from now until the end of the 2021 season, whereas swim sessions are released on a weekly basis on a Tuesday.
Can I book activities for my arrival day?
Yes, after you have received your check-in time which is allocated 7 days before arrival. If you book an activity, swim session/ table before your allocated check-in time you will be turned away and asked to come back at your allocated check-in time.
Can I book free activities?
Some activities are subject to a small charge and some are free, and these can be booked in advance too. These can be popular, so please if you book and change your mind, cancel your activity booking so another guest or owner can enjoy.
How will I know if an activity is sold out?
When you are looking at activities it will clearly show if an activity is sold out. Some activities have multiple sessions so it’s worth checking to see whether the activity is on at another time.
Can I use vouchers to book an activity?
Unfortunately, you can't use gift vouchers or any ‘My Haven Holiday Credit’ held with us to book activities. Gift vouchers can only be used towards the cost of your holiday, for hire goods or upgrades.
Do I need to bring anything with me for my activity?
The Activity and Leisure team will know who is booked onto a session, but just in case, please bring your phone or tablet with you and be prepared to show us your activity booking summary online. You will also need to be able to show a valid Play Pass or Privilege Card. Without these you may be denied access to the activity.
What happens if I booked my activities via the Haven What's On App?
If you booked your activities on the Haven What's On app, please don't worry, these have been automatically transferred over to haven.com/experience and are visible in the platform.
If you need to make any changes to these bookings e.g. add or remove people from the booking or change the date of your activity, you can do this when on park. If you do not want to wait until you are on park, you can cancel and rebook on the app (subject to availability).
If you wish to cancel a booking that was made on the What's On app, you can do this on haven.com/experience by completing the form provided or by visiting the team on park.
