How do you book activities?
Stay + Play guests booked directly with Haven
For guests arriving on park from 12 April, activities and swim sessions will need to be booked via haven.com/experience
Guests booked privately or via third parties
Private Lets, third parties and groups can book at the Activity Booking Point on the park after you have arrived. You must have a Play Pass to take part in activities.
Most activities are available to book on our booking platforms except for activities that are run by third parties or private companies, which can be booked when you arrive on the park. Most activities are available to book now, but some are still being added so it’s worth having another look at our activities closer to your holiday.
How much are activities?
The prices will vary depending on which activity you're looking to book, however these will be clearly displayed next to each activity when booking. Some activities are free and these can be booked in advance too. These can be popular, so please if you book and change your mind, cancel your activity booking so another guest or owner may enjoy.
Who can book activities?
Activities are only available for guests who have booked a Stay+Play holiday, owners, and Private Let guests who have purchased a Play Pass.
How far in advance do I need to book?
You can currently book activities from now until the end of the 2021 season. Stay+Play guests, will only be able to book activities within their holiday dates. Swim sessions are released on a weekly basis on a Tuesday. Sessions are available to book: Friday after the Tuesday booking opens, up to and including the following Thursday.
Can I book free activities?
Yes, you can. These activities are very popular, so we recommend you book as soon as you can. If you find you no longer want to attend, please cancel these via Activity Booking or let the Activity and Leisure team know as soon as you can so other guests and owners can enjoy.

How will I know if an activity is sold out?
When you are looking at activities in Activity Bookings it will clearly show if an activity is sold out. Some activities have multiple sessions so it’s worth checking to see whether the activity is on at another time.
Can I use vouchers to book an activity?
Unfortunately, you can't use gift vouchers to book activities. Gift vouchers can only be used towards the cost of your holiday, for hire goods or upgrades.
Do I need to bring anything with me for my activity?
The Activity and Leisure team will know who is booked onto a session, but we're only human and sometimes things go wrong or technology fails. Please bring your phone or tablet with you and be prepared to show us your activity booking summary online. You will also need to be able to show a valid Play Pass or Privilege Card. Without these you may be denied access to the activity.
