Card payments
When making a booking with us, it is important to know that we can only accept debit or credit card payment at the time of confirming your break. We do not charge for using debit or credit cards of any kind. If you are looking to use Maestro, you would need to make this payment over telephone due to card issuer restrictions. This applies for existing bookings also.

You can also call us to make a payment with our team or on our automated payment line by calling 0333 202 5250 with your booking reference number to hand. Lines are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Cash
Cash payments are usually not accepted, unless you are on site booking your holiday and this has been agreed prior with our team. Outside of this, cash payments would not be accepted.
Cheque/Postal Order
Payments by cheque or postal order can be accepted when booking over the telephone with us. Payments of this type must be received by 4 weeks before your arrival date, so that we can ensure they are processed in time for your stay. If you are looking to make payment via this method, please let a member of our team know so that we can make a note of this on your holiday and make any extensions necessary to allow this.
Cheques must be sent with your holiday reference number written in clear, easy to read writing on the back of your cheque or enclosed with your cheque. These must be sent to the following address:

Vouchers
Haven gift vouchers can also be accepted and would follow the same process as cheques. Payments of this type must be received by 4 weeks before your arrival date, so that we can ensure they are processed in time for your stay. If you are looking to make payment via this method, please let a member of our team know so that we can make a note of this on your holiday and make any extensions necessary to allow this.
