You'll receive Haven Holiday Protection (HHP) automatically when you pay for your holiday in full, so there is no need to do anything else for the protection to be applied.
If you are booking more than 10 weeks in advance:
Please do not add Haven Holiday Protection if you plan to pay in full otherwise you will be charged and we'll need to refund you later. Once you have paid and your booking is confirmed, we will apply your free Haven Holiday Protection separately and send a follow up email with HHP added within 24 hours of booking.
If you are booking within the next 10 weeks:
As you'll be required to pay in full when booking, Haven Holiday Protection will be automatically added.
