If you have a complaint or some feedback regarding your break, please review the options below and we will do what we can to best resolve this for you.
Complaints: guests currently on park
If you are currently on park, the Reception Team will be able to help you during your holiday. Please contact reception straight away so we can try to put things right.
The park team will be able to help resolve any issues so that you can enjoy the rest of your break.

Complaints: guests yet to travel
If you are yet to arrive on park but have a problem with your experience to date, please complete this form to submit your complaint.
The team will investigate your complaint and come back to you within 3 working days.
Complaints: guests who have returned from their holiday
If you have returned from your holiday and are unhappy about the experience on park, please complete this form to submit your complaint.
The Guest Relations team will investigate this and come back to you within 14 working days.
