Rest assured all guests who booked through a newspaper promotion and had their break cancelled will be able to take a credit towards a 2020 or 2021 holiday, or claim a full refund.
An email will be sent by the newspaper which will provide you with the options available to you, including how you will be able to use your holiday funds in the future.
If you have selected a refund, they will start the process to refund the monies you paid to them. They will then transfer the refund information across to us so that we can refund any monies paid to Haven separately.
If you opted to move your break, the money paid for extras will be transferred into a holding account. Once we have been informed by the newspaper that you wish to hold funds in an account towards a future holiday we will contact you to discuss how you wish to use the monies paid to Haven.
