Guests arriving before Monday 27 July
At the moment, all holidays after 28 July are being treated as normal holiday bookings and therefore any outstanding payment will need to be made or it could lead to a cancellation. However, please let us reassure you that should we need to change or cancel your holiday, you will be offered the option to take a credit towards a 2020 or 2021 break or receive a full refund. If you can’t reach our contact centre, you can pay online.
If your break falls before or on Monday 27 July, we will not be requesting a full balance payment until 14 days prior to the holiday date for guests who have paid a deposit and then full balance. Please note, if you are on a Monthly Instalment Payment Schedule, we are unable to change this and kindly ask that you continue to make your payments in order to avoid any cancellation.
Guests arriving after Monday 27 July – if existing breaks booked prior to 14 May 2020
All guests who are on our Deposit and Final Balance Payment Schedule will be able to pay their balance four weeks prior to their arrival date. This is for 2020 bookings only. If you are on our Monthly Instalment Payment Schedule unfortunately you will still need to pay 10 weeks prior to arrival. If you wish to change your Payment Schedule please give our Contact Centre a call. Failure to pay within these terms may mean your holiday is cancelled.
