Yes, if your holiday was cancelled due to covid-19, rest assured we are offering all guests the opportunity to take a credit for a new break in 2020 or 2021 and receive a £50 food and beverage voucher, or claim a full refund.
This will be done via email and you will be able to select your chosen option at the same time.
All guests with holiday bookings up until 31 May 2020 should have now received an email detailing the options available to you, and how to claim them. If your holiday was before this time and you haven't yet received an email, please don't worry. If you can contact us here with your booking reference number, lead guest name and arrival date, we will look into this for you.
If you were set to arrive on park during June 2020, an email will be sent week commencing 18 May with this information. If you haven’t had any communication from us after this date, please send us an email as instructed above and we'll be happy to help.
