If you've unfortunately had your holiday cancelled and have opted for a refund, we will aim to get this back to you within 35 days of the refund being requested.

If it's been over 35 days and you have still not received your holiday refund, please get in touch using live chat or by phone and we will do what we can to get this resolved for you.
Please note: if you paid your holiday in instalments, then the refund will be returned in the same way in which it was paid. The full refund will be processed on the same day, but the payments will just be split. Whilst your total refund amount should be returned within the same time, it can sometimes take a day or two extra.
If you paid on multiple cards, the relevant refund will go back to each card that you paid on. Please remember to check all accounts to make sure you have your correct refund.
