If your break had to be cancelled due to coronavirus, local lockdowns or park closures then of course you will be entitled to an activity refund.
Rest assured, these will be processed automatically and will be refunded the same way in which you purchased them - there is nothing we need you to do.
Please note, this will be refunded separately to any holiday refunds you are due as the two are refunded via separate systems so don't panic if they arrive at different times.
