What does the guarantee cover?
The guarantee allows you to move or cancel your break at no extra cost should it be affected by Covid-19 and covers for the following:
1. We can’t offer the full experience you booked
2. The park has to close
3. The UK Government restricts travel
4. You can’t travel, or just don’t feel safe coming on holiday
Do I have to pay for the guarantee?
No, the guarantee is free of charge and is automatically included in all existing and news bookings for 2021.
If you choose to amend your holiday to different dates, should your new holiday be cheaper than your existing booking, we will refund the difference. If you don't know your new dates, we will apply your original booking payment against a future break, with no additional fees, should your new holiday be more expensive you will need to pay the difference at time of booking.
When can I use the guarantee?
The guarantee is applicable any time from 28 days before your break, right up until three days of your arrival on park and will be in place for as long as the pandemic is around and there is a significant risk to our guests health or ability to travel to us.

Book with Confidence Guarantee vs Haven Holiday Protection
Haven Holiday Protection (HHP) covers guests for a wide range of eventualities outside of coronavirus. This includes illness, death, redundancy and jury service.
Our Book with Confidence Guarantee is part of our Haven Promise, which has been developed specifically to provide peace of mind to guests whilst we are affected by the unprecedented global pandemic and will only cover instances relating to this.
