Holidays before or on 2 July
If you have made your selection for a rebook or date move, thank you for doing so and there is nothing else for you to do at this stage. Our Customer Care team are working through any rebook dates and will be calling you directly to discuss available dates with you. Please be aware that your request is being processed, but due to the high volumes of bookings we need to process, it could take a few days for someone to contact you to rearrange your break.
Holidays from 3 July – 5 July
If you were due to arrive on park with us from 3 July – 5 July and chose to hold your funds, thank you for doing so. We will be sending out an email in due course that will allow you to re-book your holiday yourself via a new online booking system. It could take a couple of weeks for you to receive this email, so we kindly ask for your patience until then.
