Rest assured, all 2020 and 2021 bookings after 14 April 2020 are automatically covered by our Coronavirus Guarantee. This means that if your break is affected by coronavirus in any way, you will have the option to move it to a later date in 2020 or 2021, or claim a full refund.
You are able to use the guarantee any time from 28 days before your planned break, up until 3 days of arrival.
As it stands, our intention is that we will be offering the full Haven experience for your holiday and can't wait to welcome you, however, we know the situation surrounding covid-19 is ever-changing and so we'll be contacting all guests at least four weeks prior to their arrival date on park to provide an update in regard to their holiday.
