Your Haven Holiday Credit can be used on our website to pay for a new holiday booking only and unfortunately cannot be used to pay the balance on an existing booking or as payment on park via our website.
If the cost of your holiday is less than your holiday credit, then you will need to pay for the holiday in full at the time of booking. If the cost of your holiday is more than your holiday credit, then you will be taken to the payment options page where you will have the choice to pay in full or pay by deposit.
