As part of our new Clean and Safe Charter, we have made some changes to our arrival process to help you feel safe and secure. These changes include:
- Our new check in process for holiday makers sees guests assigned a set arrival time and asked to arrive specifically within this allocated time slot. All guests will receive detailed instructions for the new process to ensure their arrival is as smooth as possible
- The new process is focused on getting new arrivals straight to their accommodation and pre-checked in to avoid large check-in queues
- If guests need to visit our reception, we have a queuing system in place, in and out routes are clearly signposted, and plastic screens are in place to maintain social distancing guidelines
