Should you enter your caravan and find it not cleaned to the high levels that we expect then please make contact with a member of our park team. A member of our cleaning team will then come to inspect the accommodation you and in the unlikely event that the caravan is not cleaned to the standard we would expect, we will offer you two choices:
- Allow us one opportunity to clean the caravan again to meet the standards we have set ourselves, continue your holiday but receive a full, no quibble, refund equivalent to the amount of days left of their holiday
- Not continue with your holiday, returning home and receiving a full, no quibble, refund equivalent to the amount of days left remaining of their holiday
