Where possible, all guests will receive their first communication from us via email seven days prior to their arrival. This will include your proposed arrival slot and a request for your car registration number. You will then have the option to accept your arrival slot or proposed a later time.
If we don’t hear back from you in response to your arrival time, you will be asked to confirm these details via an SMS sent the following day.
The day before your arrival, you will receive an email with your park location, along with details on how to get to your accommodation from the check-in.*
On the morning of arrival, all guests will receive an SMS confirming their park location, arrival slot and park contact details should you encounter any issues with your journey.
