Our cleaning teams are passionate about delivering exceptional cleaning standards, and will always do their absolute best to ensure all accommodation meets our requirements, but very occasionally things do get missed.
All hard surfaces and high touch point areas within the accommodation as listed on our website should show visible signs that cleaning has taken place.
Examples of failures to meet our interior cleaning standards could include:
- Oven, fridge or microwave not cleaned
- The carpets not vacuumed
- Toilet, bathroom or shower not clean
- Marks on the linen
- Unemptied bins
The interior wear and tear, interior maintenance issues, missing items of inventory, signs of age of accommodation and the location of the accommodation on the park would not constitute failing to meet the required standard.
