Our enhanced accommodation cleaning standards have seen a range of protocols introduced across our parks to help guests and team feel safe and secure.
These standards include:
- Enhanced training for our team to enable them to deliver to the highest standards
- Personal protective equipment for all team to ensure they can clean your accommodation safely
- Checking and double checking guest accommodation against a detailed check list
- Upweighting our cleaning chemicals to include a product that is proven to be effective against viruses like Coronavirus
- All linen laundered at 60 degrees so guests can sleep with total peace of mind
Once we absolutely sure your accommodation has been cleaned to the high standards we hold ourselves to, we will add the Haven Caravan Cleanliness Guarantee Security Seal. In the unlikely event the seal on your caravan is broken when you arrive, or the accommodation fails to meet these interior cleaning standards, please contact a member of the Holiday Reception at Reception or via the My Haven Experience app within four hours of your arrival
