How to live chat with an agent
Our team are available to help via online live chat during the opening times listed. Look for the blue 'Help' icon at the bottom right of the website.
If you choose to get in touch via chat, you will reach the Haven Chatbot, your virtual assistant who will attempt to answer your question without you needing to queue for an agent.
If the bot can't help you will be transferred to the chat queue immediately.
Please note: If you reach a chat queue please do not refresh the page as this will cause you to lose your place. Thank you.

Outside of these times, the automated Haven chatbot will still be online and able to help you with general enquiries. In addition, please check out the articles in this knowledge base which we update daily.
