How to live chat with an agent
Our team are available to help via online live chat during the opening times listed. Look for the blue 'Need Help?' icon at the bottom right of the website.
If you choose to get in touch via chat, you will reach the Haven Chatbot, your virtual assistant who will attempt to answer your question without you needing to queue for an agent.
If the bot can't help you will be transferred to the chat queue immediately.
