How to live chat with an agent
Our team are available to help via online live chat during the opening times listed. Look for the blue 'Help' icon at the bottom right of the website.
If you choose to get in touch via chat, you will first reach the Haven Chatbot who will attempt to automatically answer your question without you needing to queue. If the bot can't help you will be transferred to the chat queue. If you reach a chat queue please do not refresh the page as this will cause you to lose your place. Thank you.
9am to 8pm 7 days a week.

Queue wait times
Due to the high volume of our guests trying to reach us over chat, we are currently experiencing wait times of between 30-60 minutes. For this reason, you will first reach the Haven Chatbot who will attempt to automatically answer your question. If the bot can't help you will be transferred to the chat queue.
Please be aware that our telephone, live chat and email queues are all experiencing extremely high volumes. Our team are doing their utmost to help as many guests (like you) as possible, as quickly as possible.
