Below you can find everything you need to know on how to book a table in our restaurants
How do I book?
Guests booked directly through Haven: please visit the My Haven app to book your table.
Guests who have booked privately: please visit haven.com/food to book your table. When booking, we will require your registration code which will have been sent in your email confirmation when your owner registers your arrival.
If you don’t have a Play Pass, please provide your table booking confirmation on entry to any restaurants within the complex.
Owners: owners can book a table by visiting owners.haven.com
When can I book?
All guests are able to book a table in our restaurants on a rolling 14 day basis. This means you will be able to book a table two weeks in advance of the day you want to dine.
For example, if you plan to dine on Wednesday 28th July, booking for that date will become available on Wednesday 14th July.
Should you want to book a table in one of our restaurants whilst on park, you can do this at the Booking Station on the day you wish to dine. Parks are unable to take bookings for tables in advance.
Due to the huge volume of guests trying to book a table in our venues, we kindly ask everyone to book their tables carefully and considerately to ensure as many people as possible get to enjoy a meal in our restaurants.
Please note: tables will be subject to availability due to Government guidelines still in place around social distancing.

Additional booking information
Outdoor dining: there is no booking required for outdoor dining and guests will be able to grab a table outdoors on a first come first served basis - subject to the weather of course!
Running late? We'll be able to hold your table for up to 15 minutes after the time booked, however if you do not show after this time, we will unfortunately have to cancel the booking and make the table available to other guests.
Party size: due to Government guidelines, the max party size will be for six guests. If you are a group of more than six from the same household, we recommend booking two tables in the restaurant to ensure you are all able to be seated.
Face coverings: While the use of face coverings is not required whilst eating or drinking in our restaurants or entertainment venues, you will need to wear one if travelling through an indoor area or walking through the restaurant/entertainment venue.
