The below information will apply to our restaurants once dining fully re-opens.
Due to Government guidelines, guests will need to book their table in advance and this can be done from 14 days before the booking (subject to availability). You will then be given the choice between sitting indoors and outdoors, however this will be subject to availability and weather - unfortunately we can't guarantee the sun!
Once booking is open, you'll be able to do it in the following ways:
Guests booked directly through Haven
Please visit the My Haven app to book your table.
Guests who have booked privately, through and party or groups
Please visit haven.com/food to book your table
Please note, guests without a Play Pass will have to show their table booking confirmation on entry to any restaurants within the complex.
Owners can book a table at owners.haven.com, subject to availability and will be available to book two weeks in advance once bookings are open.
Additional booking information
Table bookings will be held for 15 minutes after the time booked, if you do not show after this time, the booking will be cancelled, and the table made available to others.
Due to current Government Guidelines the maximum party size is currently six people and all guests (aged 16 or over) will be required to scan the QR code on the relevant Government test and trace app. If you are unable to scan a QR code, our team will take your name and contact details, so you can be contacted if there is a test and trace requirement.
Face coverings are mandatory in all indoor venues unless you are exempt. While the use of face coverings is not required whilst eating or drinking in our restaurants or entertainment venues, you will need to wear one if travelling through an indoor area or walking through the restaurant/entertainment venue.
