As part of our new Clean and Safe Charter, all guests are given dedicated arrival times to ensure we adhere to social distancing guidelines and because of this, we are unfortunately unable to change your slot.
If you happen to arrive early to park, we kindly ask that you wait in the car park for a member of the team to get to you. Should we be unable to accommodate you, you may be asked to leave the park and return during your allocated time slot in order to help keep other guests safe and secure.
If you arrive later than your allocated time and if check-in remains open on arrival, please follow the process as set out by the team on park and they will do their best to get you to your accommodation as quickly and safely as possible.
