Swimming pool sessions must be booked and can be done in advance on the Haven What’s On app once the swim sessions have been released.
Swimming pool sessions are released each week on a Sunday with all the session availability for the next seven days (Monday – Sunday) for each park. Please see your pre-arrival email for an when on Sunday you should be able to book from. We recommend booking as soon as possible to avoid disappointment.
If your break on park falls across two weeks (i.e. Friday to Friday) then availability for your holiday will be released in two separate weeks – the Sunday before your break, and the Sunday during your break.
Guests are only able to pre-book on the Haven What’s On app a maximum of eight sessions (per holiday home or touring pitch). Any more bookings will be subject to availability and can only be done once you arrive on park. If you’re a group organiser (booked more than 5 holiday homes or touring pitches) unfortunately you cannot book on the Haven What’s On app and can book your swim sessions on the park when you arrive.
Due to the popularity of our swim sessions, should you arrive any more than 15 minutes late for your booking, your session will be cancelled.
