Activities can be cancelled and refunded up to 48 hours before the activity starts via the What's On app.
However, if it's within 48 hours of the activity, then you will need to ask for a refund at the Activity Booking Point on the park which will require the card you paid for the activity with.
Please note: The activity cost will be refunded the same way as you purchased it. Please allow 5-10 working days for it to appear back in your account.
After the activity session has started, there will be no refunds. If you have had to leave the park and was not able to take part in the activity, please call the park to see if a refund is due. These refunds may take a little longer to process.
Please note: if you were unable to attend your activity due to a local lockdown or park closure, activity bookings will be automatically refunded to you.
