If you booked your activity online, you will also be able to cancel this online, as long as it's up to 48 hours before the activity is due to start.
All guests will need to cancel their activities using the same platform in which they originally booked.
Guests booked from 12 April
Activities will need to be booked and cancelled via haven.com/experience
Please note that if you have previously booked activities via the Haven What’s On App these will appear on haven.com/experience
If it's less than 48 hours before your activity is due to start, please talk to the team at the Activity Booking Hub on park.
