If it's more than 48 hours before your activity is due to start then you can cancel your booking on the Haven What's On app. However, if it's within 48 hours of the activity, then you will need to ask for a refund at the Activity Booking Point on the park.
You will need to bring the card you paid for the activity with.
Please note: The activity cost will be refunded the same way as you purchased it. Please allow 5-10 working days for it to appear back in your account.
After the activity session has started, there will be no refunds. If you have had to leave the park and was not able to take part in the activity, please call the park to see if a refund is due. These refunds may take a little longer to process.
