Our swimming pools are one of our most loved activities for owners and below you can find everything you need to know about swimming with us in 2021.
How do I book to go swimming?
For owners arriving on park with us from 12 April, you can book your activities and swim sessions via owners.haven.com
When will swim sessions be released?
We will let you know what time your park's swim sessions will be available to book from on the Thursday nearer to your holiday date
How many swim sessions can I book?
Owners can book up to ten individual swimming slots per accommodation per week.
Please note, one swimming slot will be used per guest each time they go swimming.
Should there be any availability to book more swimming slots, this can be done at the Activity Booking Point on park once you have arrived, subject to availability.
Due to Government restrictions, there is unfortunately very limited availability for swim slots and we'd recommend booking these as soon as they're released to help guarantee your space.
To ensure you have all the information you need, we've popped a couple of additional points to remember below:
- Any one under the age of eight and non-swimmers under the age of 14 years must always be accompanied in the pool by an adult. An adult may be responsible for only two children under eight at any time.
- Swim nappies must be worn if children are not potty trained and nappies must be covered by suitable swimwear
- We will only be able to let owners with bookings into the pool and won't be able to accommodate those without bookings
- In order to make the most of your swim session, we kindly ask you to arrive ready for swimming. If you are swimming indoors, there will be changing facilities available, however you will need to shower back at your accommodation. If you are swimming outdoors, there will be limited or no changing facilities.
