Helpful Hints & Tips
To see what activities are on and to pre-book, please visit haven.com/experience. You can also book activities at the Activity Booking Point. Activities are only available to our Stay+Play guests, Private Let guests who have purchased a Play Pass and our owners. Please bring your Play Pass or Privilege Card with you. We reserve the right to refuse access if you cannot show a valid pass or card.
Get your sizzle on in safety. Please keep barbecues away from holiday homes, verandas and the external gas bottles. They must also be elevated and please use a non-disposable barbecue. Be sure that they’re completely put out before you leave them.
Bars and restaurants
We have two venues for wining or dining: the Mash and Barrel restaurant, and our Live Lounge entertainment venue home to our FunStars, the Seaside Squad, and live acts. Both venues are inside the main complex. We have a coded lift to the Live Lounge (which is upstairs), so please ask one of our team for the code if you need this. Due to test and trace, we require that you book a table in our venues and this can be done on the My Haven app.
The nearest beach is across the road, at the back of the park. It’s a sandy beach that stretches past Burnham-on-Sea town centre and the pier.
All aboard! There’s a bus stop just outside the park at the Old Pier Tavern. You can catch a bus to Burnham-on-Sea, Bridgwater, Taunton, or Weston-super-Mare.
Our grassy areas are important to us. Please avoid parking on them and use the dedicated space next to, or near your holiday accommodation. Please also be considerate of your neighbours too. We have Blue Badge spaces in the main complex for those who need them.
We have two free-to-use cash machines in the main complex and at the Mini Market. You can get cashback at the Mini Market and any till point in our main complex (minimum spend applies).
All good things come to an end – please check out by 10am. Please leave your key with the team on the main gate or outside our main Reception. Remember to leave any hire goods in your accommodation. Once returned, the deposit will be paid back onto the same card used to make the payment. Please leave your keys with the team on the main gate or outside of Reception.
We can’t give you eyes in the back of your head, but we can give you a brightly coloured wristband for little ones, in case they wander off. Come and see us at Reception and we’ll add your contact details to it.
We’re a dog-free park, but if you have come on holiday with your four-legged friend, please pop into Reception and we’ll do our best to move your holiday to another park.
We’re strict about speed on park. Please stick to 10mph when you’re driving around.
If you have an emergency, please call 999 and then our Reception team on 01278 783 391 or our Security team on 07899 960379. This way we can direct them straight to you and come to your aid while you wait. If it’s not an emergency but you’d still like help, please call our Reception and Security teams as we have trained first-aiders on the park. Out-of-hours, please call our Security team.

Access to our entertainment venues is for Stay+Play guests, Private Let guests who have purchased a Play Pass and our owners. Please bring your Play Pass or Privilege Card with you. Extend your stay
If you’d like to stay a little longer, come and see us in Reception and we can check availability and prices for you.
It’s always good to hear how we could have made your holiday even better. But if you have anything you’d like to tell us, pop into Reception for a chat.
While you’re busy making memories, you might want a little memento of your trip. We have holiday gifts, treats and essentials on sale at the Mini Market and Fun Shop.
For a small charge, we have to hire: bed guards, highchairs, pushchairs, travel cots and irons, subject to availability and a £10 deposit for each hire good item. We recommend you book in advance of arrival, to avoid disappointment, but if you haven’t please pop to Reception and we’ll check availability for you. Please leave your hire goods in your accommodation on departure and your deposit will be refunded to the same card used to make the payment.
Holiday home ownership

Need an additional key for your holiday home? Pop into Reception and we’ll be happy to help – extra keys are subject to availability and a small deposit.
If you’ve had a big adventure, you might need a washing machine to clean you up again. Head to the Reception to book your Service Wash (washing powder is included). Then drop off the laundry in the bag provided at the ‘Drop off Point’ sign outside the launderette. Your washed and tumble-dried washing will then be available to collect from the launderette at a designated pick up time.
If you’ve mislaid a pair of swimming trunks, or Ted the Bear has gone missing, pop into Reception and we’ll see if someone has handed them in for you. We keep all lost property for 14 days, so you have plenty of time to check.
We want your holiday to be tip-top. If you find any niggles when you arrive, please tell us straight away. Let us know if you don’t want a team member to come in if you’re not there.
Running low on bread, nappies or – shock horror – teabags?! Our well-stocked Mini Market is open every day, so you can pick up what you need, when you need it.
We want you to feel safe and secure on park. So if there’s anything worrying you at night or you need our help out-of-hours, please call our Security team on 07899 960379.

Places of worship
Our Reception team can give you any information you need on local places of worship.
If you're on a Haven Stay+Play break, Play Passes give you access to book all the good stuff, like activities, swimming pools and entertainment venues. Play Passes are not included in Haven Stay breaks.
We know how important a postcard to Nan and Grandad is when you’re on holiday, so we have a post box just outside the Mini Market.
Stay lucky – don’t forget to exchange your arcade tickets before you leave. Just pop down to our prize shop in the FunWorks amusements arcade.
No luck finding the TV remote? You can operate it from the set itself. We may even have another one at Reception so it’s worth asking just in case
Our security barrier is coded between 10pm and 8am. Just ask at Reception if you think you’ll need the code during your holiday.
If you can’t have a takeaway on holiday, when can you? We have Cook’s Fish & Chips and PAPA JOHN'S® on our park, just waiting for you to enjoy. PAPA JOHN'S® will also deliver directly to your accommodation if required. Please order your takeaway on the My Haven app.

If you’re looking to explore the area, find a cracking local restaurant, or discover a nearby hidden gem, our Reception team can offer tips, advice, and recommendations. We have loads of tourist leaflets in Reception too.
Own up, who forgot to pack the towels? It’s ok, we provide towels in our Platinum grade accommodation, or you can hire them from Reception for a small charge and deposit.
You will need to arrange any upgrade prior to selecting your arrival time. Please contact the park before choosing your arrival slot and they will be happy to discuss upgrade options with you.
To ensure we continue to follow all Government guidelines around track and trace, all holidaymakers visiting our parks must be pre-booked Haven guests. This means we are unfortunately unable to allow our guests to bring visitors on to our parks at this time. As guidelines change all the time, we would recommend you check back here closer to your arrival.
Due to the remoteness of our holiday parks the WiFi signal can vary. We do have free guest WiFi available in our main complex. Our apps work on Wifi and 4G, and if you do not have any signal, you can always book your activities with our Activity and Leisure team at the Activity Booking Point.
