Helpful Hints & Tips
To see what activities are on and to pre-book, please visit haven.com/experience. You can also book activities at the Activity Booking Point. Activities are only available to our Stay+Play guests, Private Let guests who have purchased a Play Pass and our owners. Please bring your Play Pass or Privilege Card with you. We reserve the right to refuse access if you cannot show a valid pass or card.
Get your sizzle on in safety. Please keep barbecues away from holiday homes, verandas and the external gas bottles. They must also be elevated and please use a non-disposable barbecue. Be sure that they’re completely put out before you leave them.
Bars and restaurants
We have the Mash and Barrel restaurant for wining or dining, and The Showroom entertainment venue, home to our FunStars, the Seaside Squad, and live acts. Both venues are inside the main complex. Due to test and trace, we require that you book a table in our venues and this can be done on the My Haven app.
The park has direct access to shingle Pagham Beach - head over the lagoon bridge and follow
the path to the beach. Alternatively, walk out of the park gate and along Sea Lane. There’s sandy Blue Flag awarded beaches a short drive away.
All aboard! For Chichester, there’s a no. 600 bus stop under the hut on the left-hand side of the road as you go out of the park. For Bognor Regis, the no. 600 bus stop is down Sea Lane, first right as you leave the park. For bus routes, please ask at Reception.
Our grassy areas are important to us. Please avoid parking on them and use the dedicated space next to, or near your holiday accommodation. Please also be considerate of your neighbours too. We have Blue Badge spaces in the main complex for those who need them.
We have free-to-use cash machines in the arcade. You can get cashback at the Mini Market and all of the bar areas (minimum spend applies).
All good things come to an end – please check out by 10am. Please return any hired items to Reception. Once our team have confirmed the collection and return of the hired goods, we will refund the deposit back onto the card that the payment was made from. Leave your key with the security team on the gate as you depart.
Children are fast; we know this. While we can’t give you eyes in the back of your head, we can provide you with a brightly coloured wristband with your contact details on – so, if your little one (up to eight years old) does happen to wander off, we can very quickly let you know they’re safe. Come and see us at the swimming pool to pick one up.
We’re fond of dogs on park and most breeds are welcome. Just keep them on a lead at all times and use the bins provided to clear up after your pet. Guide and service dogs are welcome inside our venues.
We’re strict about speed on park. Please stick to 10mph when you’re driving around.
In case of emergency, please call 999 and then tell our Reception or Park Safety teams. That way, we can direct the emergency services straight to you and come to your aid in the meantime. We can also assist with first-aid in non-emergency cases so please contact our on-park teams.
Extend your stay
If you’d like to stay a little longer, come and see us at Reception and we can check availability and prices for you.

While you’re busy making memories, you might want a little memento of your trip. We have holiday gifts, treats and essentials on sale at the Mini Market.
For a small charge, we have to hire: bed guards, highchairs, travel cots and irons, subject to availability and a £10 deposit for each hire good item. We recommend you book in advance of arrival, to avoid disappointment, but if you haven’t please pop to Reception and we’ll check availability for you. Please return any hired items to Reception. Once our team have confirmed the collection and return of the hired goods, we will refund the deposit back onto the card that the payment was made from.
Holiday home ownership

Need an additional key for your holiday home? Pop into Reception and we’ll be happy to help – extra keys are subject to availability and require a deposit.
Head to the Holiday Reception to book your Service Wash and then drop off the laundry in the bag provided at the Holiday Reception. Your washed and tumble-dried washing will then be available to collect from the Holiday Reception at a designated pick up time.
If you’ve mislaid a pair of swimming trunks, or Ted the Bear has gone missing, pop into Reception and we’ll see if someone has handed them in for you – we keep all lost property for seven days. While we aren’t responsible for any lost property, we will endeavour to reunite you with your belongings as best we can.
We want your holiday to be tip top. If you find any niggles when you arrive, please tell us straight away. Let us know if you don’t want a team member to come in if you’re not there, and please tell us if you have any dogs in your accommodation as we won’t be able to come in without you.
Our Mini Market is open every day, so you can pick up any essentials.
Please note, due to national on-going supply issues, there may be occasions where our supermarkets are running low on some items of stock and apologise for any inconvenience this may cause in advance.

Places of worship
Our Reception team can give you any information you need on local places of worship.
If you're on a Haven Stay+Play break, Play Passes give you access to book all the good stuff, like activities, swimming pools and entertainment venues. Play Passes are not included in Haven Stay breaks.
We know how important a postcard to Nan and Grandad is when you’re on holiday, so drop in any prestamped post to us at Reception, and we’ll make sure it gets off for you.
Stay lucky – don’t forget to exchange your arcade tickets before you leave. Just pop down to our prize shop in the FunWorks amusement arcade.
No luck finding the TV remote? You can operate it from the set itself. We may even have another one at Reception so it’s worth asking just in case.
Just so you know, it’s good to have your Fun Pass or holiday home key ready when you approach the barrier.
If you can’t have a takeaway on holiday, when can you? We have a Cook’s Fish and Chips on our park, just waiting for you to enjoy. Please order your takeaway on the My Haven app.
Terrain of the park
The park is completely flat.
If you’re looking to explore the area, find a cracking local restaurant, or discover a nearby hidden gem, our Reception team can offer tips, advice, and recommendations. We have loads of tourist leaflets at Reception too.
Forgot your towels? Don’t drip dry! You can hire some from Reception for a small charge and deposit.
Upgrades aren’t just for aeroplanes! Should you wish to upgrade your accommodation, pop into Reception to check availability and prices.
To ensure we continue to follow all Government guidelines around track and trace, all holidaymakers visiting our parks must be pre-booked Haven guests. This means we are unfortunately unable to allow our guests to bring visitors on to our parks at this time. As guidelines change all the time, we would recommend you check back here closer to your arrival.
Due to the remoteness of some of our holiday parks the WiFi signal can vary. We do have free guest WiFi available in our main facilities. WiFi in accommodation is limited and charges apply. If you need WiFi in your accommodation please speak to the team on the park. The My Haven app works on Wifi and 4G, however if you do not have any signal, you can always book your activities with our Activity and Leisure team at the Activity Booking Point.
