Helpful Hints & Tips
Activities
To see what activities are on and to pre-book before your holiday, please visit the My Haven Experience app or haven.com/experience four weeks before your arrival date. You can also book activities at the Activity Booking Point on park during your stay, subject to availability. If you want to book activities for your arrival day, please make sure bookings are made for after your arrival time or they may be cancelled. You can book your arrival day activities on the My Haven Experience app or haven.com/experience 7 days before your arrival date.
Activities are only available to our Holiday guests, Private Let guests who have purchased a Play Pass and our owners. Please bring your Play Pass or Privilege Card with you. We reserve the right to refuse access if you cannot show a valid pass or card.
Arrival
Please see the My Haven Experience app or haven.com/experience 7 days before arrival for your allocated check-in time. Please do not arrive before your allocated check-in time. If you arrive outside of your designated time, we may kindly ask for you to wait until a member of team becomes available to assist.
Arriving late: please let us know on the My Haven Experience app or haven.com/experience when you get your allocated arrival time. We will then know to expect you later.
Barbecues
Get your sizzle on in safety. Please keep barbecues away from holiday homes, verandas and the external gas bottles. They must also be elevated and please use a non-disposable barbecue. Be sure that they’re completely put out before you leave them.
Bars and restaurants
We have the Mash and Barrel restaurant for wining or dining, and The Showroom entertainment venue, home to our Entertainment Cast, the Seaside Squad, and live acts. Both venues are inside the main complex. You can pre-book a restaurant table on the My Haven Experience app or haven.com/experience, four weeks before your holiday or by visiting the restaurant once on park. There will be no table bookings in entertainment venues and tables will be available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Beach access
The park has direct access to shingle Pagham Beach - head over the lagoon bridge and follow
the path to the beach. Alternatively, walk out of the park gate and along Sea Lane. There’s sandy Blue Flag awarded beaches a short drive away.
Buses
All aboard! For Chichester, there’s a no. 600 bus stop under the hut on the left-hand side of the road as you go out of the park. For Bognor Regis, the no. 600 bus stop is down Sea Lane, first right as you leave the park. For bus routes, please ask at Reception.
Car parking
Our grassy areas are important to us. Please avoid parking on them and use the dedicated space next to, or near your holiday accommodation. Please also be considerate of your neighbours too. We have Blue Badge spaces in the main complex for those who need them.
Cashless Arcade
Our amusement arcade is mainly cashless. You'll need to purchase a Playcard from the Playcard Kiosk or Prize Shop, top up the card and tap it on the card readers to play. Don’t forget to register your card in case you lose it! If you do lose your card, speak to a member of our friendly team in the kiosk or prize shop and they will cancel your card and will replace it with a new one with any remaining credit and awards. We have 2p and 10p coin pushers for coins and, on request, we can convert 20p, 50p and £1 coins to money on a card if you want to use other games within the arcade. Any credit and awards not used can be saved for your next visit to Church Farm – no refunds will be given.
Cash machines
We have free-to-use cash machines in the arcade. You can get cashback at the Mini Market and all of the bar areas (minimum spend applies).
Checking out
All good things come to an end – please check out by 10am. Please return any hired items to Reception. Once our team have confirmed the collection and return of the hired goods, we will refund the deposit back onto the card that the payment was made from. Leave your key with the security team on the gate as you depart.
Child safety
Children are fast; we know this. While we can’t give you eyes in the back of your head, we can provide you with a brightly coloured wristband with your contact details on – so, if your little one (up to eight years old) does happen to wander off, we can very quickly let you know they’re safe. Come and see us at the swimming pool to pick one up.
Dogs
We’re fond of dogs on park and most breeds are welcome. Just keep them on a lead at all times and please use the bins provided to clear up after your pet. Guide and service dogs are welcome inside our venues, but other dogs will need to remain outside. Our restaurant terrace and outdoor pool area are also dog-free, however, we have direct access to Pagham Beach and dogs are welcome here all-year.
Driving
We’re strict about speed on park. Please stick to 10mph when you’re driving around.
Electric vehicle (EV) charging points
Unfortunately, we do not provide this service. There are a few close by, please ask at Reception.
Emergencies
In case of emergency, please call 999 and then tell our Reception on 01243 262635 or our Park Safety team on 07866 417223. That way, we can direct the emergency services straight to you and come to your aid in the meantime. We can also assist with first-aid in non-emergency cases so please contact our on-park teams.
Entertainment
Find out what’s on during your holiday four weeks before you arrive by downloading the My Haven Experience app. There will be no table bookings in entertainment venues and tables will be available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Extend your stay
If you’d like to stay a little longer, come and see us at Reception and we can check availability and prices for you.

Gifts
While you’re busy making memories, you might want a little memento of your trip. We have holiday gifts, treats and essentials on sale at the Mini Market.
Hire goods
For a small charge, we have to hire: bed guards, highchairs, pushchairs, travel cots and irons, subject to availability and a £10 deposit for each hire good item. We recommend you book in advance of arrival through your My Haven account, to avoid disappointment, but if you haven’t please pop to Reception and we’ll check availability for you. Please return your hire goods to Reception on departure and your deposit will be refunded to the same card used to make the payment.
Holiday home ownership

Keys
Need an additional key for your holiday home? Pop into Reception and we’ll be happy to help – extra keys are subject to availability and require a deposit.
Launderette
If you’ve had a big adventure, you might need a washing machine to clean you up again. Pop into our Mini Market where you can buy tokens for the launderette, as well as washing powder.
Lost property
If you’ve mislaid a pair of swimming trunks, or Ted the Bear has gone missing, pop into Reception and we’ll see if someone has handed them in for you – we keep all lost property for seven days. While we aren’t responsible for any lost property, we will endeavour to reunite you with your belongings as best we can.
Maintenance
We want your holiday to be tip top. If you find any niggles when you arrive, please tell us straight away. Let us know if you don’t want a team member to come in if you’re not there, and please tell us if you have any dogs in your accommodation as we won’t be able to come in without you.
Mini Market
Our Mini Market is open every day, so you can pick up any essentials.

Our Reception team can give you any information you need on local places of worship.
Play Passes
If you're on a Haven holiday break, Play Passes give you access to book all the good stuff, like activities, swimming pools and entertainment venues. Play Passes are not included in Haven Hideaway breaks.
Post
We know how important a postcard to Nan and Grandad is when you’re on holiday, so drop in any prestamped post to us at Reception, and we’ll make sure it gets off for you.
Prize shop
Stay lucky – don’t forget to exchange your arcade tickets before you leave. Just pop down to our prize shop in the FunWorks amusement arcade.
Remote controls
No luck finding the TV remote? You can operate it from the set itself. We may even have another one at Reception so it’s worth asking just in case.
Security barrier
Just so you know, it’s good to have your Play Pass or holiday home key ready when you approach the barrier.
Special requirements and accessibility
If you have any questions or have special requests please contact our Call Centre prior to booking, where we have specially trained advisors who can help with every aspect of your booking. They can discuss the suitability of the park. If you have any questions while on the park, please ask the Reception team.
Swimming
Please book a session before coming to the indoor swimming pool. You can pre-book up to 14 sessions per holiday booking from 4 weeks before your arrival date on the My Haven Experience app or haven.com/experience. Alternatively, you can book sessions on park after you’ve arrived, subject to availability. After 6pm on a Friday and Saturday and after 6pm during school and bank holidays, a booking isn’t needed so you can just turn up at the pool. Our outdoor pool is also available during the warmer months of the year, weather permitting, and there’s no need to book Please check opening times with the Activity and Leisure team.
Takeaways
If you can’t have a takeaway on holiday, when can you? We have a Cook’s Fish and Chips on our park, just waiting for you to enjoy. Please order your takeaway on the My Haven Experience app or haven.com/experience.
Terrain of the park
The park is completely flat.
Tourist information
If you’re looking to explore the area, find a cracking local restaurant, or discover a nearby hidden gem, our Reception team can offer tips, advice, and recommendations. We have loads of tourist leaflets at Reception too.
Towels
Own up, who forgot to pack the towels? It’s okay, we provide towels (1 hand and 1 bath towel per person) in our Lodge and Silver, Gold and Signature grade accommodation or you can hire some from Reception for a small charge and deposit.
Upgrades
You will need to arrange any upgrade prior to receiving your arrival time. Please contact the park and they will be happy to discuss upgrade options with you.
Visitors
To maximise the opportunity for guests to access the swimming pools, activities, entertainment venue and restaurants included in their holiday package, all holidaymakers visiting our parks must be included on a valid holiday booking. Unfortunately, we don’t have the capacity on our parks to allow our guests to bring visitors to our parks.
WiFi
Due to the remoteness of some of our holiday parks the WiFi signal can vary. We do have free guest WiFi available in our main facilities. WiFi in accommodation is limited and charges apply. If you need WiFi in your accommodation please speak to the team on the park. The My Haven Experience app works on Wifi and 4G, however if you do not have any signal, you can always book your activities with our Activity and Leisure team at the Activity Booking Point.
