If at any time leading up to the arrival of your holiday, you see the total holiday cost of your exact Haven Holiday at a cheaper price (without the addition of referral codes), you can match your holiday to this price and receive a refund of the difference. It’s that simple!
This is applicable to all bookings made directly through Haven.
How do I action the Price Promise?
Once you have seen your holiday at a cheaper price, please call our team on 0333 202 5263 or speak with our web chat team. We can then check today’s pricing and if this shows a lower price, we will lower your holiday cost to match this and place any refunds if necessary.
