Haven’s Christmas Competition Terms and Conditions

  1. The competition is promoted by Haven, a trading name of Bourne Leisure Ltd.
  2. The competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 21 years or over, excluding employees of Bourne Leisure and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the company or judging of the competition
  3. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition
  4. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating their agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions
  5. Closing date for entry will be Tuesday 5th January 2021 2020 at 23:59. After this date and time, no further entries to the competition will be permitted
  6. Haven will accept no responsibility for entries not received for any reason whatsoever
  7. Haven reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, pandemic, or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control
  8. Haven is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant
  9. The rules of the competition and how to enter are as follows:
    1. To enter, you must include a nomination for someone who deserves to win a holiday by filling out the form provided in the Facebook post
      1. The nomination can be for yourself, another individual or a family of up to six people
    2. You can enter as many times as you wish
    3. The prize is a 3- or 4-night off-peak self-catering break for up to 6 people sharing Prestige accommodation at any Haven park. The holiday must be taken in 2021
    4. The prize is as stated, and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prize is not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice
    5. The prize must be redeemed by Thursday 28th October 2021 but can used against any date in the 2021 Haven holiday season
    6. There will be one winner
    7. The winner will be chosen by an internal vote within the Haven Social Media team from all entries received and verified
    8. The winner and the nominator will be notified via email within 14 days of the closing date
    9. If the winner or nominator cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner
    10. Haven will let the winner know how to claim the prize
    11. Haven’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into
  10. The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England
  11. All entrants agree to the use of their entries in any publicity material
  12. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent
  13. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Instagram or any other social network
