Helpful Hints & Tips
To see what activities are on and to pre-book, please visit haven.com/experience. You can also book activities at the Activity Booking Point. Activities are only available to our Stay+Play guests, Private Let guests who have purchased a Play Pass and our owners. Please bring your Play Pass or Privilege Card with you. We reserve the right to refuse access if you cannot show a valid pass or card.
Get your sizzle on in safety. Please keep barbecues away from holiday homes, verandas and the external gas bottles. They must also be elevated and please use a non-disposable barbecue. Be sure that they’re completely put out before you leave them.
Bars and restaurants
We have two venues for wining or dining: The Boatie Blest bar and restaurant, and the ShowBar entertainment venue, home to our FunStars, the Seaside Squad, and live acts. Both venues are inside the main complex. Due to test and trace, we require that you book a table in our venues and this can be done on the My Haven app.
Soak up the sea air! The nearest beach is directly opposite us, on the other side of the road. It's a sandy beach with rocks.
The number 26 bus to Edinburgh stops just outside the park entrance. If you need any information on local bus routes, please come and see us at Reception.
Our grassy areas are important to us. Please avoid parking on them and use the dedicated space next to, or near your holiday accommodation. Please also be considerate of your neighbours too. We have Blue Badge spaces in the main complex for those who need them.
Our cash machine is just inside the FunWorks amusement arcade. Cashback is available in our Mini Market and all bar areas (minimum spend applies).
Don’t go just yet! But if you have to, please remember check out is by 10am. Please leave your key at Reception or at the Security Hut on the way out. If you have any hired goods, please drop them into Reception during opening hours. Once our team have confirmed the collection and return of the hired goods, we will refund the deposit back onto the card that the payment was made from.
We’re fond of dogs on park and most breeds are welcome, just keep them on a lead at all times. Guide and service dogs are welcome inside our venues. We have bins around the park for cleaning up after your pet.
We’re strict about speed on park. Please stick to 10mph when you’re driving around.
If you have an emergency, please call 999 and then our Reception and Security teams. This way we can direct them straight to you and come to your aid while you wait. If it’s not an emergency but you’d still like help, please call our Reception team on 01875 813333 or Security team on 07899 960348 as we have trained first-aiders on the park. Out-of-hours, please call our Security team.

Access to our entertainment venues is for Stay+Play guests, Private Let guests who have purchased a Play Pass and our owners. Please bring your Play Pass or Privilege Card with you. Extend your stay
If you’d like to stay a little longer, come and see us at Reception and we can check availability and prices for you.
It’s always good to hear how we could have made your holiday even better. But if you have anything you’d like to tell us, pop into Reception for a chat.
While you’re busy making memories, you might want a little memento of your trip. We have holiday gifts, treats and essentials on sale at the Mini Market and Fun Shop.
For a small charge, we have to hire: bed guards, highchairs, pushchairs, travel cots, ironing boards and irons, subject to availability and a £10 deposit for each hire good item. We recommend you book in advance of arrival, to avoid disappointment, but if you haven’t please pop to Reception and we’ll check availability for you. Please return hire goods back to Reception.Once our team have confirmed the collection and return of the hired goods, we will refund the deposit back onto the card that the payment was made from.
Holiday home ownership
Want to stay again and again with us? Pop into our Caravan Sales Reception, for information about owning your very own holiday home.
Need an additional key for your holiday home? Pop into Reception and we’ll be happy to help – extra keys are subject to availability and require a deposit.
Head to the Holiday Reception to book your Service Wash (washing powder is included). Then drop off the laundry in the bag provided at the ‘Drop off Point’ sign outside the launderette. Your washed and tumble-dried washing will then be available to collect from the launderette at a designated pick up time.
If you’ve mislaid a pair of swimming trunks, or Ted the Bear has gone missing, pop into Reception and we’ll see if someone has handed them in for you. We keep all lost property for 14 days, so you have plenty of time to check.
We want your holiday to be tip-top. If you find any niggles when you arrive, please tell us straight away. Let us know if you don’t want a team member to come in if you’re not there, and please tell us if you have any dogs in your accommodation as we won’t be able to come in without you.
Running low on bread, nappies or – shock horror – teabags?! Our well-stocked Mini Market is open every day, so you can pick up what you need, when you need it.
We want you to feel safe and secure on park. So if there’s anything worrying you at night or you need our help out-of-hours, please call our Security team on 07899 960348.
Places of worship
If you need any information on local places of worship, please come and see us at Reception.
If you're on a Haven Stay+Play break, Play Passes give you access to book all the good stuff, like activities, swimming pools and entertainment venues. Play Passes are not included in Haven Stay breaks.
We know how important a postcard to Nan and Grandad is when you’re on holiday, so drop in any pre-stamped post into the postbox just outside of the park entrance.
No luck finding the TV remote? You can operate it from the set itself. We may even have another one at Reception so it’s worth asking just in case.
We have security barriers at the main entrance to the park, so have your Fun Pass ready to show the team member at the gate.
If you can’t have a takeaway on holiday, when can you? We have a Cook’s Fish & Chips for when you’re hungry and no one wants to cook. Please order your takeaway on the My Haven app.

Upgrades aren’t just for aeroplanes! Should you wish to upgrade your accommodation, pop into Reception to check availability and prices.
To ensure we continue to follow all Government guidelines around track and trace, all holidaymakers visiting our parks must be pre-booked Haven guests. This means we are unfortunately unable to allow our guests to bring visitors on to our parks at this time. As guidelines change all the time, we would recommend you check back here closer to your arrival.
Due to the remoteness of our holiday park
s the WiFi signal can vary. We do have free guest WiFi available in The Boatie Blest. Our apps work on Wifi and 4G, and if you do not have any signal, you can always book your activities with our Activity and Leisure team at the Activity Booking Point.
