Government Guidelines

Play Passes
Play Passes give Stay+Play guests access to all facilities including our pools and entertainment venues, as well as all activities. If you have booked a Stay+Play package Play Passes will automatically included.
Food and drink
Takeaways will need to be ordered online and not at the takeaway outlet. Simply order and we’ll give you a pick up time. All of our PAPA JOHN’S® and BURGER KING® also offer delivery to accommodation.
When dining opens, due to Government guidelines, and test and trace you must book your table at the restaurant in advance online.
Groups can order a takeaway or book a table at our restaurants via haven.com/food
Bookings can be made four weeks prior to the holiday (subject to availability) once our booking is open. We will confirm here when we are opening our table booking, so please check back.
Guests without a Play Pass collecting a takeaway or coming to the restaurant will have to show their takeaway or table booking confirmation on entry to any outlets within the complex.
Table bookings will be held for 15 minutes after the time booked, if you do not show after this time, the booking will be cancelled, and the table made available to others.
Due to current Government Guidelines the maximum party size is currently 6 people. At all venues you will be required to scan the QR code on the relevant Government test and trace app, if you are unable to scan a QR code, our team will take your name and contact details, so you can be contacted if there is a test and trace requirement.
Face coverings are mandatory in all indoor venues unless you are exempt. While the use of face coverings is not required whilst eating or drinking in our restaurants or entertainment venues, you will need to wear one if travelling through an indoor area or walking through the restaurant/entertainment venue.
Table service
Haven Serve is our drinks ordering service available in our entertainment venues. Private lets (who have purchased a Play Pass) can access our entertainment venues. This is available at all parks except Lydstep Beach. At parks with a PAPA JOHN’S® you may also be able to order pizza to your table too. To access our table service please download the Haven Serve app from the App Store or Google Play.
Entertainment
We plan to open our entertainment venues from 17 May as the guidelines allow, but between the 12 April – 16 May in England there will be no entertainment available. We are waiting for Government updates on Scotland and Wales. Please look at the latest information to be aware of any changes that could impact your forthcoming holiday via haven.com/about-us/announcement.
When our entertainment venues open, due to Government guidelines, and test and trace you must book your table at the entertainment venue in advance online.
Third parties and groups can book a table in the entertainment venue on haven.com/food. Groups and third parties must have a Stay+Play holiday booked. Bookings can be made four weeks prior to the holiday (subject to availability) once our booking is open. We will confirm here when we are opening our table booking, so please check back.
When you book a session in the entertainment venue, you are booking an hour of entertainment, and the entertainment varies by time slot so you can choose the sessions most suitable for you and your family. Times may vary, but the below gives you an idea of what entertainment may be suitable. •
- 9.30am - 10.30am Tots Events (perfect for 0 5yrs)
- 11.15am - 12.15pm Junior Events (perfect for 6 11yrs)
- 1pm - 2.45pm Kids Events (perfect for all ages)
- 3.30pm - 4.30pm Cash Bingo (18yrs+ only to play)
- 5.30pm - 7.00pm Family Entertainment (perfect for all ages
- 7.30pm - close Evening Entertainment (perfect for 12+yrs)
Second venue (if applicable)
7.00pm - 8.00pm Cash Bingo (18yrs+ only to play)
- 8.30pm – 10.30pm Late Entertainment (perfect for 12+yrs)
The ages are a guide and other ages are welcome in the sessions.

Swimming
Due to Government guidelines and test and trace, we have had to reduce the swim capacity in our pools, and you must book a swim session to go swimming. Please do not turn up at the pool without a booking.
If you have booked as part of a group, then you will need to book your swim sessions on the park at the Activity Booking Point.
Please note:
- We strongly advise you to book your session as soon as possible, as there is limited availability due to Government regulations on bathing numbers.
- There are participant requirements for swimming: Anyone under the age of 8 and non-swimmers under the age of 14 years must always be accompanied in the pool by an adult. An adult may be responsible for only two children under 8 at any time. Swim nappies must be worn if children are not potty trained and nappies must be covered by suitable swimwear.
- There is other guidance which we require guests to follow such as being pool ready and this is detailed in the information when booking.
- All sessions and facilities are subject to availability and outdoor facilities are weather permitting. Please note: we do our best not to, but sometimes we might have to make alterations to or withdraw certain facilities and activities if required for reasons outside of our control.
Activities
Due to Government guidelines, and test and trace, session capacity has been reduced and you must book your activities in advance.
How do you book activities?
Groups can book at the Activity Booking Point on the park after you have arrived. You must have a Play Pass to take part in activities.
All activities are subject to availability and when run outdoors are weather permitting. Please note: we do our best not to, but sometimes we might have to make alterations to or withdraw certain facilities and activities if required for reasons outside of our control.
