We know that there can be a lot to think of when getting ready for your holiday. Below we hope to answer any questions you may have ahead of your arrival and ensure you have a fab holiday with us!
What happens on arrival?
When you arrive, a member of our team will be on hand to meet you at the park entrance where you will be initially checked in using your car registration.
You will find your sanitised keys and welcome pack in your accommodation on arrival. Within your welcome pack you will find park maps and all the information you should need to enjoy your holiday with us.
What shall I bring with me? (just a few suggestions)
The lead-up to your holiday is always exciting and we don’t want you to forget anything, so here’s a little checklist:
- Washing-up bits; including cloths and washing-up liquid.
- Swimming kits and sports gear so you can enjoy all the activities on your holiday
- Towels, tea towels and oven gloves (towels are included in Silver, Gold and Signature grades)
- Toilet rolls (1 provided) and toiletries
- Hairdryer (a hairdryer will be supplied in Silver, Gold and Signature grades)
- Your personal holiday belongings
- You may also want to bring an iron.
If you forget something, don't worry as we have shops and services on park for all your needs.
Can I park next to my accommodation?
You will either have a space next to your accommodation or in a communal area a short distance away. There is a 10mph speed limit across the park, allowing for a safe and relaxing environment.
Car full? Hire holiday essentials from us
We know it’s not always possible to squeeze everything you need into your car. That’s why we have a range of hire goods available. From cots to high chairs and even extra linen, give us a call to hear the full list.
Restaurants
If you fancy treating yourself to a meal out whilst on holiday with us, you'll be able to book a table in one of our restaurants as soon as you arrive on park.
Takeaways
From Papa John’s to Burger King, there’s plenty of takeaway options available across our parks if you don’t feel like cooking.
Whether you’re ordering for collection, delivery or to eat in, all takeaway orders can be made via My Haven app or haven.com/experience.
Activities
In order to get involved in our activities, you'll need to purchase a Play Pass once you arrive on park.
You'll then be able to book both free and paid for activities at the Activity Booking Point.
Swimming
From splashing about in our pools, to speeding down our slides or taking it easy on our lazy rivers, swimming is one of the most popular activities across our parks! For our 2022 season, we have added lots more swim slots across our parks to give all our guests lots of opportunity to swim.
Once you've got your Play Pass, you'll be able to book your swim slots. Pre-booking is only required for our indoor pools up to 6pm. During weekends (Friday and Saturday) and during school and bank holidays, there is no need to book swim sessions after 6pm and you'll be able to just turn up and swim, subject to availability.
If you are wanting to swim in our standalone outdoor pools only, then there’s no booking required for any time of day and you’ll be able to turn up when you’re ready and we’ll get you in as quickly as we can.
Entertainment
From amazing shows to interactive quizzes, there’s never a dull moment in our entertainment venues!
There is no booking required to enter our venues and you’re free to come and watch the shows as you please – but don’t forget to bring your Play Pass! We’ll have both table seating and standing at the bar available and will operate a first come first serve basis for the venues should we become a little busy.
If you want to find out what shows we’ve got running ahead of visiting our venues, you’ll be able to check out our entertainment guides on the My Haven app or at haven.com/experience. Guides will be available for each park and you’ll be able to access them four weeks in advance of your break.
Supermarkets
Our Mini Market is open every day so you can pick up any essentials.
