The below information will apply once our entertainment venues are able to open.
Due to Government guidelines, guests will need to book their table in advance and this can be done from 14 days before the booking (subject to availability).
Once booking is open, you'll be able to do it in the following ways:
Guests that have booked directly with Haven
Stay+Play guests can book a table in the entertainment venue on the My Haven app.
Guests who have booked via third parties
Third parties and groups can book a table in the entertainment venue on haven.com/food. Groups and third parties must have a Stay+Play holiday booked.
Guests who have booked privately
Private Lets must purchase a Play Pass (subject to availability) to access the entertainment venue before booking a table at haven.com/food.
Owners can book a table via owners.haven.com, subject to availability and can book up to two weeks in advance.
A Play Pass or Privilege Card (for owners) must be shown to access the venue.
Table bookings will be held for 15 minutes after the time booked, if you do not show after this time, the booking will be cancelled and the table made available to others.
Due to Government guidance, the maximum party size is six and all guests (aged 16 or over) will be required to scan the QR code on the relevant test and trace app. If you are unable to scan a QR code, our team will take your name and contact details, so you can be contacted if there is a test and trace requirement.
Face coverings are mandatory in all indoor venues unless you are exempt. While the use of face coverings is not required whilst eating or drinking in our restaurants or entertainment venues, you will need to wear one if travelling through an indoor area or walking through the restaurant/entertainment venue.
