We know that a lot of you have questions about what the proposed guidance will mean for your holidays over the coming months and below you can find everything you need to know for all breaks from Monday 26th April* – Sunday 16th May.
All our welsh parks will be open and we’ll be able to welcome guests from the rest of the UK.
All our accommodation will be open, however we'll only be able to welcome one household per unit
Facilities for Stay holidays
All our supermarkets, takeaways, launderettes will be available as normal and our restaurants will be running outdoor dining services.
Facilities and activities for Stay+Play holidays
We will have outdoor activities available, outdoor play areas and outdoor dining. We are currently awaiting an update from the Welsh Government as to whether we are able to open any additional facilities during this period and will provide an update as soon as we know more.
We will be contacting all guests due to holiday with us during this period via email about what the limited facilities mean for your break and the options available to you. Please keep an eye on your inboxes for this information.
Touring and camping holidays
Due to social distancing guidelines still in place across Wales, we've made the difficult decision to keep our Welsh parks closed for touring breaks during this period and all breaks before Monday 17th May will unfortunately be cancelled.
Please don't worry, there is nothing you need to do and all affected guests will be automatically refunded.
We kindly ask all guests to ensure they check the latest Government guidance at the time of travel.
*Please note, Monday 26th April is the earliest possible date for this step in the roadmap and will of course be dependent on Government guidance at the time.
